Level 2 is aimed at candidates who work as part of a team and ensure the provision of information and resources. It proves competence in carrying out duties at work according to the organisation's goals and objectives and the rules and regulations governing systems and procedures.
Levels 3 and 4 require the candidates to have increasing positions of authority enabling them to influence the job role. For instance at Level 3, this means being able to advise, develop and implement administrative services for. This authority increases at Level 4 and involves monitoring the quality of administrative services within the organisation.
