Level 3

Is suitable for candidates who work directly with clients, disseminating information, advice, and

some level of guidance. Candidates will be working with information that is often interpreted by others, usually working within some clear guidelines.

 

Level 4

Is suitable for candidates:

• who have managerial or training responsibilities

• who are creators of information, advice and guidance within the service/practice

• who are dynamic in their dealings with other organisations.
