Depending on candidate eligibility, employers can obtain free training for staff.

 

Train to Gain is a government initiative which aims to enable everyone to attain a Level 2 qualification.

 

For instance Level 2 is equivalent to 5 GCSEs at grades A – C. If a candidate does not have this level of qualification or has only partly completed a Level 2 qualification, they are entitled to free training and assessment. On Course Training will work with the employer and the candidate to determine a suitable work based course and will access the funding on the employer’s behalf.

 

Candidates may do a Level 3 course if their job role specifies it. If your industry sector has specified certain qualifications as being necessary for your job, Train to Gain will fund Level 3 courses but will expect the employer to make a contribution. Please contact us for more details.

 

Where candidates are not eligible for any government funding On Course Training will specify costs. These differ for each course and discounts are available for larger groups. Please enquire.
