About us

 

On Course Training is accredited by the OCR awarding body. Its staff and procedures have been vetted to OCR standards.

The staff pool is drawn from experienced and fully certificated personnel in the field of teaching, training and assessing with experience in further education. This assures adherence to the highest quality assurance processes and ensures that staff have relevant qualifications. This is the core strength of the company.

 

Liz Rolfs has been a tutor, lecturer and assessor and taught a wide range of Business Administration courses. Her accreditations are with OCR, City and Guilds, ILM and as an accredited assessor for the non-specialist subject areas for the Institute for Rates, Revenue and Valuation (IRRV). She is also a qualified Internal Verifier with independent verification experience on the A1 assessor award.

 

Janet Smith is a qualified NVQ assessor and teaches office skills to adult learners.

On Course staff have experience working with NHS Trusts and local authority organisations in London. Because of this they understand the structure and needs of these organisations and can tailor their work to make the subject matter relevant. The company is assured of good references from those responsible for buying training.
